このたび、株式会社タカラエージェント東京本社に、新たにネパール出身の社員が入社しました。
現在は研修の一環として、仙台支店を訪問し、日頃からお世話になっている派遣先企業様や現場へのご挨拶、見学を行っています。
実際の職場の雰囲気や仕事内容を自分の目で見て、企業様の想いや現場の声に触れることは、これからネパール人材をご紹介していく上でとても大切な経験になります。

仙台滞在中には、地元で人気のインド・ネパール料理店「ナマステレストラン」にも立ち寄りました。
本場のスパイスが香るカレーと焼きたてのナンをいただき、店内ではインドやネパール出身のスタッフの皆さんが笑顔で接客されていました。日本にいながら本場の雰囲気を味わえる素敵なお店で、新しく入社した社員にとっても、どこか懐かしさを感じられる時間になったようです。
今回の仙台訪問を通じて、企業様とのつながりを深めるとともに、ネパール人材が安心して日本で働ける環境づくりへの理解もさらに深まりました。

A New Journey Begins with Our New Nepali Team Member
We are happy to welcome a new team member from Nepal to the Tokyo Head Office of Takara Agent Co., Ltd.
As part of the onboarding program, our new employee is currently visiting our Sendai branch, meeting our client companies, and learning about the workplaces where our staff are employed.
By visiting job sites, talking with our clients, and experiencing the work environment firsthand, our team can better understand the needs of both companies and job seekers. This experience is an important step in providing better support for Nepali workers in Japan.
At Takara Agent, we do more than introduce foreign talent to companies. We are committed to creating an environment where both employers and employees can build long-term, successful relationships. That is why learning directly from the workplace is an important part of our training.
During the visit to Sendai, our new team member also stopped by a popular Indian and Nepali restaurant, "Namaste Restaurant." Enjoying authentic Nepali flavors and meeting staff from Nepal and India made the experience even more memorable and brought a small sense of home while living in Japan.
This visit helped strengthen our relationships with local companies and gave us an even deeper understanding of how we can support Nepali workers in building successful careers in Japan.
